you get ribbons everyday by dressijng up your girl (10 ribbons, and sometimes a few extra if you do a really awesome combo of clothes) you get a random number of ribbons for uploading photos of your real life clothes and accessories plus an extra item for your girl to dressup in (you can also sell those items to other members). you get ribbons for commenting on other people photos. you can also buy ribbons using a credit card or paypal. every few weeks they release limited items that you can buy that are a bit pricey but sometimes you just HAVE TO HAVE THEM! its mental! I love it!!
