yupyup - australia day. celebrating the first fleet landing on australias shores. celebrating the white europeans thinking the aborigines were some primitive natives living on the land that were of no significance - rather than a peope who were living more in harmony with nature than we ever could. celebrating the fact that every single one of us - bar the aborigines - is either an immigrant or their parent, grandparent, great grandparent, etc was an immigrant but we are too fucking selfish to kindly share our country with those wishing to come here for a better life.

yeah i am so proud of my country sometimes.
